Do I go to sleep?

No you do not enter a natural sleep, you will simply enter a deeply relaxed state similar to daydreaming.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Am I out of control when hypnotised?

You are always in full control, it is impossible to hypnotise an unwilling subject. Hypnosis is not travelling to some mystic world, you are awake just deeply relaxed. A hypnotherapist acts more as a guide.

Always make sure your Hypnotherapist is professionally trained and belongs to a professional board like The National Council of Hypnotherapy, whereby a member has to adhere to a strict code of conduct.

Will you use swinging watches?

Swinging watched is a very old fashioned method. Most hypnotherapists use other methods like relaxation or eye fixation.

Will you make me act like a chicken?

No. This is something only stage hypnotists do and all those members of the audience who do act like chickens on stage, were willing to behave like that. Professional Hypnotherapy is about helping people take control of their lives.

Can children benefit from Hypnotherapy?

Children make excellent hypnotic subjects, although they do need to be aged from around 5 years old.

Can I drive after my session?

There are no issues with driving after receiving hypnotherapy (including if you are coming for a fear of driving).

What do I need to wear to my session?

There are no restrictions on what you can wear to sessions, it is important to feel relaxed during your session so comfortable clothing would be advised.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of parking space on site.
