Rochester Hypnotherapy Clinic is run by myself, Andrew Laing. I have a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD, NCFE) and BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Psychology (Canterbury Christ Church University). I am also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) – Accredited. I also work for Samaritans as a listening volunteer.
Below are links to recently published articles I’ve written for the Hypnotherapy Directory :
What is exercise addiction and is it bad for you
Mind games in sport and how to cope with them
Exam Stress and how to overcome it
Why sleep is important and the effects of Insomnia
Sessions are £65 and will usually last 1 hour 15 minutes. However this can vary depending on the individual, and can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
I was inspired to take up hypnotherapy due to my late Grandad ,Desmond Bird (below), being a hypnotherapist.

He treated people for several decades changing any number of lives for the better. At 18 I had hypnotherapy from him to help me with my driving test, the driving test went perfectly and I passed.
